General Information

All rentals are subject to our terms and conditions which are available on request.

Payment

Full payment plus a refundable deposit required prior to commencement of hire.

Driving Licence

Must be provided at the time of hire together with two forms of ID showing your current address. A full licence must have been held for at least 2 years and the driver must have a satisfactory driving record.

Damage

Damage caused to tyres by impact or punctures, all damage above windscreen height and damage caused by neglect is the Hirer’s responsibility and is not covered by CDW.

Breakdowns

All vehicles have full breakdown recovery, including home start. In the event of a breakdown phone the assistance number. Repairs must be authorised by My Mate Dave Rentals

Availability

My Mate Dave Rentals will endeavour to supply the vehicle reserved on time or an acceptable replacement but cannot be held responsible for circumstances out of our control. We aim to provide the highest standard of customer service. We also reserve the right to alter rates and conditions at any time and refuse to hire to any person at our discretion
